The owner of the online store www.expandwithnele.ee (hereinafter referred to as the Online Store) is OÜ Kosmiline Ingel (registration code 16859374), located at Idapõllu tee 7, Haabneeme, 74001 Harjumaa. The terms of sale apply to the purchase of goods and services from the Online Store. The prices of the services sold in the Online Store are indicated next to the services. All prices of services sold in the Online Store are in euros. Information about the services is provided in the Online Store directly next to the service.
Forming the order
To order services, you must add the desired services to the shopping cart. The required data fields must be filled in to complete the order. The amount of the fee is then displayed on the screen, which can be paid securely through the following payment methods:
Estonian bank links: Swedbank, SEB, Luminor, LHV, Coop Pank.
“Pay in 3 parts”, “Pay later” and “Pay in 3 equal parts” payment solutions offered by Inbank.
Visa/Mastercard card payments through the Stripe, Inc payment environment.

The online store is the controller of personal data, the online store transmits the personal data necessary for making payments to the authorized processor Montonio Finance OÜ depending on the selected payment method.
Payments are mediated by Montonio Finance OÜ. Payment takes place outside the Online Store in a secure environment – when paying with a bank link, in the secure environment of the respective bank, and when paying with a credit card, in the secure environment of Stripe. The seller does not have access to the client’s bank and credit card data. The contract enters into force immediately after placing the order.
Right of withdrawal
The 14-day right of withdrawal applies to private individuals if any study materials have not yet been sent to the program participant. The 14-day right of withdrawal applies only to private individuals and does not apply to legal entities.
If the program materials have already been received by the program participant, then according to VÕS § 53 (4) it is not possible to return the product and the right of withdrawal does not apply.
In order to return the goods, a statement of withdrawal from the purchase of the services must be submitted and sent to the e-mail address info@expandwithnele.ee within 14 days of ordering the training at the latest.
The Online Store returns all fees received from the client under the contract to the client’s bank account no later than 14 days after receiving the withdrawal statement. If the payment method used is installment payment or “Pay in 3 installments”, the service fee of the bank offering installment payment, which is 2.4% of the purchase amount, is not included in the refund. For other payment methods, the entire purchase amount will be refunded.
Direct marketing and processing of personal data
The Online Store uses the personal data entered by the client only to process the order, deliver the service to the client and send newsletters. The client can opt-out of offers and newsletters sent to e-mail at any time by notifying us by e-mail or by following the instructions in the e-mail containing the offers.
Dispute Resolution
If the client has claims regarding the Online Store, they must be sent by e-mail to the address info@expandwithnele.ee.
If the client and the Online Store cannot resolve the dispute by agreement, the client can appeal to the Consumer Disputes Committee. The competence of the Consumer Disputes Committee is to resolve disputes arising from the contract concluded between the client and the Online Store. Review of the client’s complaint by the commission is free of charge.
The client can also turn to the European Union platform for resolving consumer disputes.
