…..mmmmm….mmmm….yes, that’s how I felt for quite a few minutes after an hour-long breathwork session with Nele. I didn’t want to open my eyes and I didn’t want to come back because at that moment I felt that something powerful and different had happened to me…..liberating!
Upon meeting Nele and entering the space she held, I realized that I was in a completely safe place and I was received and held, much of my hesitation disappeared!
After a little chat between us and a couple of breathing exercises to get present, I was ready to dive into the unknown and ohhh….That was a ride…I won’t go into the details, but I can say that I got to experience different sensations, both mental and physical.
In the first minutes, I thought that I can’t, the mental block came in right away, but Nele supported me and calmly took me back to where I could start to experience. I was able to feel a sense of liberation, a feeling I have wanted in my life.
I believe that this experience is different for each person, because our bodies are different, the hiding places of our emotions are different, our ability and will to let go is different, but one thing I am sure of is that it works for everyone and everyone gets exactly what they need from it!

I went to Nele for a breathwork session a few months ago. It was my first experience with this kind of practice and I didn’t know exactly what to expect. I am really glad that I went to Nele to do this. Nele, with her warm and friendly demeanor, creates an immediate sense of trust and I never once had a problem letting go completely and surrendering to the process. Nele also explained before the session that the hands can cramp, the body and face can tingle, and all this is normal, there were also tears and a huge sense of lightness and peace at the end. I went with two specific questions to which I also received answers from the universe during the session. This experience was amazing! After going to Nele, I have done 1:1 sessions and a couple of group sessions in Bali, but it is the first experience with Nele that I remember as particularly special.
Nele is an excellent session facilitator. She is friendly and helpful. She explains very well what awaits you. If there is a problem, she immediately solves it. She always has a good mood, which infects you too.
