This method involves rhythmic breathing to activate the body, overcome the ego mind, and access the subconscious mind and the unconscious. It employs diaphragmatic breathing, vocal toning, and exercises for trauma release to activate the vagus nerve.
Affirmations, visualizations, and hypnosis are also part of the method to reprogram the subconscious, influencing the autonomic nervous system. Hello, my name is Nele

Since I was little, I have been interested in human development, expansion, relationships and psychology, but life took me to university to study law instead. Having worked for some time in one of the best-known law firms in Estonia, I began to realize that such self-sacrificing hustle and striving for corporate goals is not for me. My body and soul kept telling me that I was in the wrong place and that life doesn’t have to be all about hustle and grind, that it’s actually possible to create your own kind of magical life that you truly enjoy. And not long after, when I had healed enough to have internal resources, I started to create this life.

I very much resonate with the wounded healer archetype. Having a background of chaos & wounding I have gone through my own long and arduous healing journey that inspired me to do this work. I have an intimate relationship with pain and heavy emotions, which allows me to hold space for you with presence, empathy and a unique understanding of what you’re going through
